Tuscan Hills is in a peaceful area, located in Davenport just to the south west of Walt Disney World on the US 27. With the US 192 just over a mile away and the Interstate 4 being within 10 minutes, staying at our villa will give you easy and direct access to all the main traveling routes throughout central Florida. The Interstate 4 provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (60 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 30 minutes, Sanford airport 60 minutes). 

You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. On-site Facilities include a Mediterranean Style

Located just a couple of minutes from our villa on the US 192 is the recently opened Toll road 429, which takes you straight to the Walt Disney World complex. Taking this route means that from our front door, you can be driving through the main gates of Disney in just 8 minutes. As well as Disney there is a whole host of family attractions including Universal, Seaworld, and International drive with its numerous attractions; which can be reached in around 30 minutes. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Champions gate, Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more with-in a 20 mile radius.

If you prefer a little retail therapy instead, Orlando is home to a large number of malls and retail outlets including Mall at Millenia, Osceola Square Mall, Belz Factory Outlet, Belz Designer Outlet Center, Downtown Disney Marketplace, Church Street Exchange, Market Street at Celebration, West Oaks Mall and Orlando Fashion Square Mall.
