Price includes Florida State taxes and are for the
villa and use of on site facilities, not per person. It includes electricity, water, air-conditioning, cable TV, linens and towels. The price you see in UK Sterling is the price you pay. US
Dollar prices may change due to exchange rate fluctuations (please use the currency converter below for the latest exchange rates). Please contact us for 2009
& 2010 rates as may be different to above.

villa offers, here is an example;
10 people sharing, the weekly price equates to
£7.14/$12.50 per person per night 5 people sharing, the weekly price equates to
£14.28/$25.00 per person per night

All cheques are to be made
payable to "Ian Fullwood". A non-refundable
deposit of £100 Sterling / $200 USD per week is due within 7
days of your provisional booking being accepted along with a
completed booking form. On receipt of
your deposit we will bank your cheque and wait for clearance,
following which we will send out a confirmation of booking. Payment of the
balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. On receipt,
banking and clearance of your parties’ final payment, we
will send out directions and lock box number to your villa. A refundable
security deposit is required. If your booking
is made with the home owner, you are required to pay the
refundable security deposit direct to the home owner prior to
your arrival at the villa. If your booking
is made with our management company, you are required to pay
the security deposit within 24 hours of arriving at the villa. We are able to
accept payment by credit or debit cards via PAYPAL. All
payments made this way will incur a 4% transaction charge.
